SHREDxpro collects the information you provide during registration and onboarding — your name, email, age, gender, body metrics (height, weight, target weight), fitness goals, activity level, diet preference, experience and any medical notes you choose to share.

As you use the app we also store your training logs, nutrition logs, progress measurements, photos, habits and coach conversations so the system can personalize and adapt your plan.

Your data is used to generate and adapt your personalized workout and nutrition plans, power the AI Coach, track your progress and operate your membership. We do not sell your personal data.

Health and body information you provide is treated as sensitive. It is used solely to deliver the SHREDxpro service and is never shared with advertisers.

We use trusted processors to run the service, including cloud hosting, analytics and subscription management (Apple App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat). These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to us.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and all associated data at any time. See the Account Deletion page or email support@shredxpro.com.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our production systems, subject to limited legal and accounting retention requirements.
