SHREDxpro provides personalized workout plans, nutrition plans, an AI Coach, tracking tools and related fitness content through its mobile applications and website.

SHREDxpro is a fitness and nutrition coaching tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury.

New members receive a 7-day free trial with full premium access. Memberships are available for 1, 3, 6 and 12 months and are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled under the store's policies.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be at least 13 years old to use SHREDxpro.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

All content, plans, recipes and software are the property of SHREDxpro. Your personal data remains yours.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHREDxpro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Exercise carries inherent risk; you train at your own risk.
